    I am leaving the University in December to launch my full time consulting business in January. What are the most prudent steps that I can take to ensure that I have business lined up in January and beyond?

    What business practices must I take care of first?

    How do I overcome the objections of being so new in the field or having an academic background?

    I’m really nervous about all this….no health insurance, no guaranteed income, I could use some power boosters in my corner to keep me focused..please!

    After a lot of time and effort – my speaking brochure is done. I have narrowed down who I want to target, as far as who I will be sending the brochures to. My question(s) – how many do you send out the first time around – and would you send out even numbers to each of these targets? For instance – corporations/business, healthcare, military and faith-based.
